Truth Hits Everybody

It amazes me that millions of Americans are currently out of work, yet the Cubs’ marketing department is still alive and well. The Cubs sellout virtually every game of the season, sell countless numbers of baseball hats and jerseys to stupid Cubbie fans, yet the organization continues to spends millions of dollars on advertising campaigns such as this one:

Chris Sabo’s Goggles has come up with our own ad campaign for the Cubbies… for free:

God bless America!

The typeface is completely wrong and the “L” is not properly sized for the flag. Pretty mediocre photographic fakery.
You might note the banner says “Great April & May Seats Still Available,” which would indicate there are games that aren’t sold out. How are the “stupid Cubbie fans” supposed to know there are great seats available if they aren’t told? After all they’re stupid.
For what it’s worth, selling out virtually every game with a 102-year title drought might indicate the Cubs’ marketing department knows what it’s doing.
I think I’ve wasted enough time on this, but not as much as you.
Go Cubs Go.
The only thing their marketing department is good at doing, is getting money from ignorant Cubs fans thinking they are actually going to win a title. Cubs fans are just suckers. In Cincinnati, if we don’t have a winning team, we simply don’t go to the games. It’s that simple.
The Cubs could lose 100 games a year and still have sellouts. That’s just the sad state of Cubs baseball. Wishing for a World Series win that will never come.
Suck it, Frankie!
Love it. It’s real, the Cubs are one of the worst franchises in MLB. It must suck to be a Cubs fan, heck even their rivals on the other side of town have won a World Series recently. Keep them coming!!!!
Yeesh. Only a Cubs fan would confuse “hoax” with “satire.”
Well done, CSG.
i wish CSG wouldn’t have been so polite when talking with ivyenvy. what a bunch of goat-blaming morons.
Is FrankieCrisp Coco Crisps degenerate brother? It would make sense, they both have confuse what good baseball is and what they are actually witnessing or participating in. Cubs suck!
I also hate the Cubs.
