Damn, another year of Dusty Baker. On a lighter note – one more year of Dick Pole jokes!
Also from John Fay:
“Francisco Cordero returned to Cincinnati to have a bone spur removed from his right foot. He’s done for the year. Edinson Volquez also went back to have his left knee examined.” (He’ll skip his next start on Sunday).
Cordero and Volquez are lost for the season? Great! That’s just great!
I don’t know about you guys, but I’m about ready to give up on this team’s chances this season.
